Onset controls
The CombiSet operating controls
are located along the front of the unit, making them both easy
to see and use.
Cooking with style
A gas wok burner gives far more intense heat than a standard gas ring. This ensures that a stir-fry
is perfect every time.

Deep-fat frying
Deep-fat frying is a very popular cooking mode. Miele offers
an electric fryer as a CombiSet
unit with a glass ceramic screen surround and a stainless-steel drip tray. Fat used for deep-fat frying
can generally be used several times. The high temperatures to which the fat is heated prevent aroma transfer. Food can be fried “au naturell” or with a breadcrumb
or batter coating.
Grilling
Miele not only offers CombiSet elements with a grill rack for classical grilling of meat, a ceramic surface grill is also available for gentle grilling, perfect for preparing Asian specialties. The appropriate grill element can be selected
to suit the food being cooked.

Residual heat indicators
The residual heat indicator warns whether zone surfaces are too hot
to touch. This offers security
and protects against burns.
