Automatic switch off As a safety measure, every setting is programmed with a maximum operating time. If a zone is still on after this time, the whole hob switches itself off automatically. So if you forget to turn a zone off, the hob will do it for you.	Residual heat indicators Every cooking zone on the ceramic hobs has a residual heat indicator to tell you which zones are still too hot to touch and can therefore be used for further cooking or keeping things warm.
Vario zones Certain cooking zones can be selected to accommodate pans of small or large diameter. A separate indicator shows, which has been chosen. Automatic switch off for spillage.
