Miele Vitasteam - Perfectly Steamed Meals

With the Miele Vitasteam, every dish is served with an extra helping of goodness. Unlike conventional steamers that generate steam slowly and raise the temperature gradually, Miele’s unique rapid steam process creates the steam outside the food chamber and releases it only when the required temperature is reached. This process seals in the food’s natural color and flavor and helps retain the vitamins and nutrients essential to healthy living. And with simultaneous 3-level cooking, you get your food fast without the the transfer of taste and flavor from one dish to the other.

Using the unique Capuccinatore jug on the CVA 2660 you’re guaranteed to get perfect creamy froth for your Cappuccino every time you use it, whether you froth it straight into the cup, or in the jug.

Perfect espresso. An expert can tell from the Crema just how good an espresso is. If it’s just the right the color it will be a hazelnut brown, and the consistency will be stable.
You can put this to test by sprinkling a few grains of sugar over the coffee. The sugar will remain suspended on top for a few seconds before sinking into the coffee. You are always guaranteed consistently perfect results from Miele.
Individuality. Some like their coffee short and strong, others mild and milky. This is where the Miele CVA 2660 has the answer.
An integrated capsule carousel can take up to 20 individual capsules of 5 different blends – something for everyone!
