Unchanged in design yet very much "in fashion" with its deliberate simplicity, the 6006 pays homage to the first kitchen of SieMatic which was introduced in 1960 and went on to become the best selling door style of its time. Distinctive features are the elegant chamfer of the doors and the integrated, continuous aluminum strip hand that emphasizes the horizontal lines.

The SieMatic 6006 has carried off the reddot award from the Design Zentrum Nordrhein-Westfalen, the “iF” award from the Industrie Forum Design Hannover, and the Good Design Award from the Chicago Athanaeum Museum of Architecture and Design.

The SL-Series opens up new perspectives for design and allows the kitchen to be integrated in the living space. The most distinctive feature is that all of the doors and drawers are without handles. A stainless steel recessed channel allows access to the door and visually maintains the horizontal lines of the SL
