Oster iWin! iPad! raffle promo

CONTEST MECHANICS:

1. The promo is open to all interested participants (male/female, of legal age and residing in the Philippines) who have purchased any of the participating Oster Products with a specially marked promo sticker within the promo duration (12:00AM of March 15, 2012 to 11:59PM of August 31, 2012). Participants have to register the unique 7-digit alphanumeric code together with his/her personal information in order to earn an entry and get a chance to win one (1) of three (3) Apple iPad2 units in the monthly draws.

2. To register the unique code and his/her personal details, participants have to visit www.oster.com.ph. Participants will then be asked to click the Oster Promo Page Tab where it will direct them to the Promo Page.

3. Participants will then be asked to register the following information :

a. Complete Name (First, Middle and Last name)

b. Complete Mailing Address

c. Birth date

d. Valid E-mail address

e. Contact Number (Mobile and/or Landline)

f. Store/Branch where Oster item was purchased

g. Unique 7-digit alphanumeric code

4. One (1) participating Oster product is equivalent to one (1) unique 7-digit alphanumeric code. One (1) alphanumeric code is equivalent to one (1) entry. To validate the entry, participant should completely register to the promo within the cut-off period (see table below).

Only registered participants with a valid 7-digit alphanumeric code shall earn a valid entry. There is no limit to the number of entries that a participant may earn as long as the corresponding product purchase has been made.

5. Focus Global, Inc and United Passions, Inc disclaims any liability for failure to receive or acknowledge the confirmation messages for registration arising from force majeure, including acts of God, fires, floods, wars or other disturbances, labor unrest, or other causes beyond its control.

6. All participants who join are presumed to have read and understood, and agree to abide by its complete rules and regulations.

RAFFLE DRAW:

Representatives from Focus Global, Inc., United Passions, Inc and DTI will be invited to witness the Electronic Raffle Draw to be held every first Friday of the month (May 4, June 1, July 6, August 3 and September 7, 2012), 4:00 PM at the Focus Global, Inc. Office, Pioneer corner Reliance Sts., Mandaluyong City

A winner can win only once for the whole promo period.

PRIZES:

Three (3) winners per month Apple iPad2 16GB unit worth P23,990.00 each.

Prizes are non-transferable and non-convertible to cash. Prizes amounting to P10,000 and above are subject to 20% prize tax which shall be shouldered by Focus Global, Inc.

ANNOUNCEMENT & NOTIFICATION OF WINNERS:

Names of winners will be announced via print ad in a broadsheet of national circulation after the draw date. Names of winners will also be posted within 48 hours from time of raffle draw through the Winners’ Page of the Oster website (www.oster.com.ph). Qualified winners must claim their prizes within sixty (60) days from date of notification. Failure to claim within the said period forfeits the winner’s right over the prize with prior DTI approval and shall be forfeited in favor of Focus Global, Inc. All winners will be notified through electronic mail, registered mail, and a phone call from a Focus Global, Inc representative.

CLAIMING OF PRIZES:

A. Winners may claim their prizes from 9am – 5pm, Mondays to Fridays at Focus Global, Inc. Office, Pioneer corner Reliance Sts., Mandaluyong City as indicated in the electronic and registered mail. Winners shall shoulder all costs they may incur in securing their prize (Bus Fares, Taxi Fares, Gas, Parking, Meals, etc.).

B. Winners must present the following when claiming their prizes:

i. Promo Sticker reflecting the winning unique 7-digit alphanumeric code

NOTE: Sticker must be at least ¾ in size and code must be intact and untampered

ii. Original and/or Photocopy of Original Receipt as proof of purchase

iii. Two (2) valid government-issued ID with complete real name, picture and correct address (SSS ID, PRC ID, Driver’s License, Passport, Firearm’s License) or private-owned issued ID (Company ID, School ID).

iv. Notice sent by registered mail

v. Actual item

vi. If the winner is a minor, then he/she must be accompanied by his/her parent/s or legal guardian, together with a signed letter of consent stating that his/her parent/s or legal guardian is/are aware of the minor’s participation in the promo.

C. Prizes shall be awarded only upon completion of entire validation process, resulting in the participant being identified as a legitimate winner. In the event that it has been discovered through an investigation that the claimant presented false requirements, Focus Global, Inc reserves the right not to award the prize to the claimant.

D. Employees of Focus Global, Inc and United Passions, Inc. and its subsidiaries, store owners and its employees, including their relatives up to second degree of consanguinity are not qualified to join in the Promo.
