Gen 5000 Launch


 

Focus Global Inc. (FGI) recently launched the Miele Generation 5000 Collection with a feast of food and magic at Le Soufflé in Rockwell, Makati. The launch featured premier magic artist Erik Mana in a showdown of magic with Filipino top chef Jessie Sincioco using Miele’s premium kitchen products and equipment. Gracing the event were the country’s top architects as well as culinary masters, such as Chef Jay Gamboa (El Cirkulo), Chef Rolando Laudico (Bistro Filipino), Chef Sau del Rosario (Chelsea) and Chef Glenda Barretto (Via Mare).
Dubbed as “magic for all the senses,” the Miele Generation 5000 collection includes a remarkably spacious 90cm oven that can accommodate a suckling pig or three whole chickens. The new Miele ovens offer a remarkable feature such as the new Moisture Plus function, which introduces exactly the right amount of moisture to create the perfect dish.   Adding a touch of steam ensures dough rises wonderfully, bread has a crisp crust and meat dishes are particularly tender yet perfectly crisp on the outside.  The Wireless Food Probe is another stunning innovation from Miele.  This new probe is easy to use with no cables getting in the way.  Actual core temperature is displayed through the oven’s sophisticated Navitronic display panel, no requirement to oversee the cooking process.  Cooking your dishes until they reach their ideal core temperature results in meat which is tender and juicy on the inside, and perfectly browned to your liking on the outside.  The line also features a state-of-the-art coffee machine that prepares such complicated coffee concoctions as latte macchiato at a push of a button. Other products include a combination steam oven, a steamer and a combination microwave oven.
Generation 5000 delivers timeless elegance with optimum performance and efficiency.  From the clean linear lines, slightly wider classic handles for improved overall proportions to the elegant touch control fascia panels each appliance is a work of art, which Miele is known.
