About the Role:
The Marketing Manager will be directly in charge of the marketing vision and growth of a world-class brand in the field of commercial and home gym equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Marketing: Drive brand strategy for the company’s portfolio of brands to build brand awareness and brand loyalty
- Brand conceptualization and overall marketing strategy: Campaigns, brand calendar, events, social media platforms, ads, growth marketing
- Particular emphasis on Digital Marketing: Organic and Paid digital marketing on social media platforms, SEO and SEM, marketplace ad tools
- Offline support: Trade collateral and supporting materials for retail partners
- Activation: Conceptualize events, including budget and expense planning, for activities
- Work closely with the graphic design and content creation teams to produce relevant and engaging content for the market
- Collaborate with the Sales Team to drive sales on our Online and Offline channels
- Work with the sales team on specific activation opportunities to push traffic, conversions, and sales
- Work closely with the ECM Operations team, Technology team (web developers, UI and UX designers), and customer support teams to provide the best end-to-end customer experience
- Accomplish any other tasks and duties that may be assigned
What We’re Looking For:
- At least 7 years solid experience in marketing and 3 years experience in supervisory or managerial capacity
- Work experience in the same industry is a plus but not required
- Must have a strong appreciation & understanding of consumer insights / data-based marketing
- Must have strong business acumen and high creativity
- Must have experience in managing the marketing budget
- Must have excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
- Must have the ability to collaborate well with cross-functional teams
- Experience in dealing with principals is a plus
