Key Responsibilities:
- Provide operations and admin support to the HF Service Department in the execution of marketing strategies
- Prepare details and research customer cases to support senior Customer Relations team members
- Monitor progress of different customer installation and servicing projects
- Coordinate with other departments, external providers and suppliers in relation to customers and brands being handled
What We’re Looking For:
- Graduate of any Bachelor’s Degree.
- Highly experienced in using Google Business Suite and/or Microsoft Office
- Must have excellent communication and organizational skills
- Analytical and has strong attention to detail
- Results-driven and a team player
