The Customer Relations Associate is accountable for sales ordering and after-sales transactions and shall help the company build successful and long-term relationships with our customers by delivering high quality after-sales service that exceeds expectations.
Key responsibilities:
- Processing order entries and product configurations; preparing documents needed for all delivery, service and installation schedules.
- Coordinating material demand of new orders and inquiries with Inventory Planner and Production Head.
- Ensuring proper coordination with clients, sales associates and service team regarding after-sales service issues and schedules.
- Identifying optimal solutions to customer concerns and ensuring prompt resolution to customer complaints and requests.
- Recommending strategies that would improve the quality of service, productivity and profitability
- Evaluating service quality and customer satisfaction using identified service metrics
Qualifications:
- Graduate of any Bachelor’s Degree. New Grads and Experienced Team Members welcome to apply
- Experience in customer care and service is a plus
- Experienced in using Google Business Suite (GDocs, Gsheets) and Microsoft Office tools
- Must have excellent communication, customer service, and people skills
- Must be patient, hardworking and can work well under pressure
- Must have the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
