About the Role:
The Project Manager shall oversee all construction and architectural requirements of the company’s office building, high-end showrooms, and project businesses.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor progress of projects and ensure that company standards are being met
- Review and negotiate contracts with contractors
- Plan and designate resources including review of construction budget and costs
- Acquire required government permits and documentation
- Serve as the liaison between the company and the contractors and suppliers
Qualifications:
- Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering from a reputable university
- Preferably with professional license, but not required
- With at least 2 to 3 years of work experience in Project management
