The Senior Finance Specialist shall perform a variety of Finance responsibilities including but not limited to basic banking transactions, accounting and insurance. Analyzing data is one of the key tasks of this position.
Key Responsibilities

Data analysis and transaction execution with a high degree of accuracy and timeliness in all Finance responsibilities are required.
- Supplier Accounting
- Pay Foreign Suppliers/Principals on time based on payment terms
- Provide accurate & timely Foreign Supplier Accounting reports for various brands.
- Adhere to timely entry or set-up in AX – to prevent reconciling items (all transactions done manually should be set-up in AX as well)
- AX Invoicing
- AX Set-up of credit claims, freight, bank charges , etc.
- AX set-up of all payments to foreign suppliers
- AX vendor settle open transactions
- Submit Debit Note within 3 days from date of request
- Analyze and monitor all claims and credit notes weekly and monthly
- Banking Transactions
- Analyze the flow of the funds to be able to prepare necessary bank forms needed for the transaction (not limited to telegraphic transfer only) with very minimal supervision (i.e. deposit, withdrawal and fund transfers).
- Accustomed to bank forms for opening, closing, updating and reactivating accounts.
- Foreign Exchange
- Analyze trend of foreign exchange market
- Provide assistance on foreign currency purchases
- Property Insurance
- Collate, review and analyze data for insurance policies to ensure appropriate policy coverage.
- Manage to prepare payment for insurance claims
- Manage to renew insurance policies

Technical Skills
- With at least 1-2 years of experience in insurance policies
- Comprehensive knowledge in insurance principles and practices
- Knowledgeable in Banking, Finance or Accounting
- Proficient in using MS Excel/Google Apps (esp. Gsheet)
- Should be able to work with minimal supervision
