Digital Marketing Specialist

The Digital Marketing Specialist will join the Technology and Innovation Team at Focus Global Inc. This position will be responsible for driving digital marketing strategies across multiple brands with varying customer demographics and product lines. You will work with the business and marketing teams to strategize, implement, and evaluate different marketing campaigns across a variety of digital channels. You’ll be the subject matter expert for digital marketing.

 

Job Description:

 

You will:

[Strategy & Execution] 

  • Own the digital marketing strategy for multiple brands and will use your deep platform expertise to create integrated digital media plans across channels.
  • Develop digital marketing strategies based on the unique customer demographics and business objectives of each business unit
  • Manage and track digital working media budgets to deliver on business objectives. 
  • Identify and drive opportunities to optimize campaigns and channels

[Analysis]

  • Analyze and evaluate different digital marketing campaigns to determine ROI and provide recommendations
  • Monitor analytics dashboards and reporting tools around ROI, cost, performance, and other metrics and ensuring set KPIs are achieved or exceeded
  • Prepare and present reports with the DM team highlighting performance and recommendations to and internal stakeholders

  • Help define business questions and objectives and take the charge in answering the questions and reaching those objectives
  • Work with the DM team and internal stakeholders to build, manage, scale, and measure campaigns across a range of digital channels to hit business objectives

You have:

  • Project management experience
  • Have experience working with the Google Universe (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Search, Google Display Network, Youtube, etc.) and with Facebook & Instagram pixel and paid ads 
  • Experience running tests to prove hypothesis and recommend performance optimizations around paid marketing channels
  • Bonus points if you have experience using Lazada and Shopee Sponsored Solutions, Marketing Solutions Portals (MSP), and Collaborative Ads on Facebook. 

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Statistics, Engineering, Data Management, Computer Science, Marketing, Management Science or other relevant fields
  • Professionals with 2 – 4 years of digital marketing experience are encouraged to apply
