The Customer Development Executive – Major Local Retailers/Customers is responsible for growing FGI’s business in the assigned account by developing, implementing and evaluating customer plans and marketing activities of the company.
Main Key Performance Indicators:
- Sales
- Account Management
- Product Assortment
- Cost to Sales Investment
Key Responsibilities:
- Coverage: Consults with owners and decision makers on a regular basis.
- Negotiation: Sell In programs that will be mutually beneficial to FGI and the customer
- Promotions: Discusses programs to buyers and merchandisers to ensure implementation on a timely basis.
- Trade Visits: Conducts store checks to look for opportunities for availability and visibility.
- Introduces new products. Analyzes product assortment and SKU selection to maximize coverage across all branches of their accounts.
- Evaluation: Reviews performance of accounts on a regular basis and recommends proposals to address concerns.
- Collaboration: Engagement with team members and internal stakeholders in sharing best proven practices that can contribute to the team’s growth
What We’re Looking For:
- College graduate (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
- With at least 1 year work experience in sales or account management
- Amenable to do fieldwork nationwide (by schedule)
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Can speak in Cebuano fluently
- Nice to have: Experience in the appliance industry or FMCG account management.
- Preferably knows how to drive, but not required
