The Customer Development Executive – Major Local Retailers/Customers is responsible for growing FGI’s business in the assigned account by developing, implementing and evaluating customer plans and marketing activities of the company.

 

Main Key Performance Indicators:

  • Sales
  • Account Management
  • Product Assortment
  • Cost to Sales Investment

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coverage: Consults with owners and decision makers on a regular basis.
  • Negotiation:  Sell In programs that will be mutually beneficial to FGI and the customer
  • Promotions: Discusses programs to buyers and merchandisers to ensure implementation on a timely basis.
  • Trade Visits: Conducts store checks to look for opportunities for availability and visibility.
  • Introduces new products. Analyzes product assortment and SKU selection to maximize coverage across all branches of their accounts.
  • Evaluation: Reviews performance of accounts on a regular basis and recommends proposals to address concerns.
  • Collaboration: Engagement with team members and internal stakeholders in sharing best proven practices that can contribute to the team’s growth

 

What We’re Looking For:

  • College graduate (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
  • With at least 1 year work experience in sales or account management
  • Amenable to do fieldwork nationwide (by schedule)
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Can speak in Cebuano fluently
  • Nice to have: Experience in the appliance industry or FMCG account management.
  • Preferably knows how to drive, but not required
