The Digital Sales Associate contributes to the growth of Technogym through building long term relationships with current and potential customers, generating and nurturing new digital leads, and finding ways to help customers make their purchases.
Lead Management & Sales
- Manage inbound and outbounds calls, emails, and initiatives
- Manage selective outbound calls for B2C and B2B opportunities
- Achieve sales targets through direct and indirect sales for different business lines
- Create and track business opportunities in Salesforce
- Manage back office and CRM operational work
Customer Experience
- Provide the best digital customer experience through calls, emails, messages, etc
- Collect and document customer feedback through surveys and NPS scores
- Support marketing activities
- Execute on other responsibilities that support digital customer experience
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in any related course in a reputable university
- Excellent phone skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
