The eCommerce and Growth Marketing Associate will manage the daily eCommerce sales operations for the operations of the Singapore office.
1.Product Portfolio Management
- Competitor analysis – Product pricing and market research to benchmark against competitors’ products
- Updating inventory and promotions pricing for online channels
- Supporting coordination with eCommerce partners like Lazada, Shopee, Amazon and others
- Creating and updating product content on online Ecommerce stores
2. Customer Experience
- Cresting the optimal post purchase customer experience
- Collaborate with eCommerce partner couriers to track KPIs and optimize process efficiency
- Coordinating with different internal stakeholders on any misplaced orders, wrong deliveries, etc.
- Special projects: Customer Failed Transaction outreach
- Analysis: Reviewing sales performance, operational KPIs, etc
3.Other tasks
- Order Management: working with different stakeholders to process orders and make sure that customers have an excellent customer journey
- Invoicing and dispute management
- Market research and data collection
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, operations or other related courses
- Interested in e-Commerce and retail industry
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet critical deadlines concurrently effective use of time management and prioritization skills
- Detail oriented and work well under pressure with tight timelines
- Competent in MS Office applications
- Basic knowledge on e-commerce web frameworks or tools is a plus, e.g. WooCommerce, Shopify, HTML, CSS
