About the Role:
The Executive Assistant propels company initiatives by providing high-level administrative support to our senior management. Dynamic, open-minded, and dependable, the EA is in charge of managing the efficiency, logistics, and implementation of activities involving Focus Global’s executives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing the Executives’ calendar to ensure proper alignment with scheduled activities and meetings.
- Securing and handling confidential information.
- Drafting of correspondences and sending official communications to identified recipients.
- Planning, organizing and implementing special projects and sponsored activities when needed.
- Conducting research and supplying relevant information.
- Dealing with logistic requirements for the Executives’ activities such as meetings, training, site visits, and other related activities.
- Providing support to product and marketing promotional activities
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in any Business, AB English, Political Science and/or Organizational Communication related course.
- At least 1-2 years of work experience in the same capacity.
- Experience in working in fast paced environment
- Experience in dealing with high-profile personalities and expatriates is an advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; can communicate with top executives and people across all levels of the organization.
- High proficiency in Excel, Google Applications, and online research.
- High level of professionalism and integrity.
