Talent Acquisition Associate Lead

Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent Acquisition Operations
    • Assist the TA Lead in managing the team in the search and recruitment of qualified candidates to fill all organizational requirements
    • Support the management of daily activity, KPI’s, weekly and monthly goals
    • Maintain and increase the number of viable sourcing channels that can be used by the team to source candidates
    • Source, interview and evaluate selected candidates in the technical, supervisory and managerial level
    • Conduct job offer and prepares the hiring paperwork (such as employment contract and restrictive agreement) once candidate accepts job offer
    • Identify roadblocks / pain points and devise and implement strategies to tackle these specific challenges
    • Implement new recruiting strategies based on current trends and best practices and ensure effectivity of new initiatives by tracking KPIs
    • Improve pipeline management (process and metrics)
  • Employee Onboarding
    • Ensure that regular communication with the new employee is made after acceptance of the job offer to ensure pre-employment requirements are met and the new hire will start on the agreed date
    • Connect the new hire with key information, resources, and people within the organization to ensure a smooth start
  • Stakeholder Management / Business Partner Management
    • Improve Internal Customer Experience – Constantly improve and seek approaches to improve candidate experience through a user-friendly application experience and by keeping the shortlisted candidates informed and engaged during and after the application process
  • People Management
    • Support the TA Lead in managing the team
    • Monitor the team’s KPIs and TATs and generate regular reports on the team’s performance
    • Collaborate with, persuade, and support other internal teams to meet FGI organizational needs
  • Special Projects

Experience in the following areas:

  • Graduated with a BS/BA in Psychology, Social Sciences, or any related field
  • Successful track record working in the recruiting industry for 5-8 years
  • Has 1-2 years in a leadership role and enjoys mentoring and developing a team
  • Hands-on experience with applicant tracking systems and HR databases
  • High level of knowledge and expertise in employer branding strategies and HR technology tools
