To celebrate the brand’s official launch in Manila last September, Louis Poulsen partnered with photography super duo and mid-century modern design enthusiasts, Everywhere We Shoot (EWS), to create a series of photographs that brings to life some of the brand’s most loved pieces.

EWS founders, Ryan and Garovs Vergara are best known for pushing the boundaries of visual imagery by capturing pop culture’s more spontaneous and playful side – specifically in fashion, design, and art.
As long-time fans of the Louis Poulsen brand, EWS fondly recalls their first lamp from the brand, a vintage Panthella, which they lovingly hand carried from Tokyo to Manila.

“The idea of making it personal and natural is really something we do in every project, but finding the right balance is still a challenge. With this collaboration, it came naturally since we were working with two things that we love: our home and Louis Poulsen”, the duo shares.
“The lighting in our home is something that we look forward to: from the sun and street lights coming in throughout the day to how they mix with the lights at home.”
As more and more people are beginning to appreciate the vibrance and beauty of mid-century design, Everywhere We Shoot hopes that this partnership with Louis Poulsen inspires even more people to see the impact of good design on our daily lives.
